Who we are
This website belongs to YAVentures LLC, which does business as Atlas. When this page says “Atlas”, “we” or “us”, it means YAVentures LLC. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
This website
This website explains what Atlas does. We work to keep it accurate, but it is shared “as is”, and we may change it at any time.
The free Executive Review
Asking for an Executive Review costs nothing and doesn’t commit you to anything. What we show you on the call is yours to keep and use.
Prices
The prices on our Pricing page show what Atlas usually costs. Your actual price and what it includes are set in your signed Order Form. We may change the prices on the website at any time; a change never alters an Order Form you already signed.
Paid work
We only start paid work after you sign our Master Service Agreement and an Order Form. Those papers say exactly what we will do, what it costs, and how either of us can end it. If this page and those papers ever disagree, the signed papers win.
No promised results
Businesses, people and figures shown on this website are illustrations. Results depend on your business. Nothing here is a promise of a specific result, such as more calls, jobs, reviews, rankings or revenue.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number and ask us to reach you, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop getting them.
Using this website fairly
- Send us true information about you and your business.
- Don’t try to break, overload or get into parts of this website that aren’t public.
- Don’t copy our words, pictures or videos to use as your own.
The Atlas name, logo, words, pictures and videos on this website belong to YAVentures LLC or to the people who let us use them.
Links to other websites
Some links take you to other websites, such as Google Meet. We don’t control those websites, and their own terms apply there.
Limits
As far as the law allows, Atlas is not responsible for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. This doesn’t limit anything in a signed agreement with us.
The law that applies
The laws of the State of Texas apply to these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top.
