Your information, in plain words

Who we are

This website belongs to YAVentures LLC. We do business under the name Atlas. When this page says “Atlas”, “we” or “us”, it means YAVentures LLC.

What we collect

When you ask for an Executive Review. The form on our home page asks for:

• your name
• your business name
• your phone number
• your email (if you add it)
• your city (if you add it)
• what you need help with, and the best time to reach you (if you pick them)

When you press Request My Free Review, the form sends these details straight to Atlas. They go into the system our sales team works from, which is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States, and someone from our team uses them to call or text you about your review.

With your details we keep a record of what you agreed to: the words shown under the button, the time you pressed it, the page you were on and your browser type. We keep a scrambled form of your internet address with that record, never the address itself, so we can show the request came from this website.

To stop misuse, we count how many requests come from each internet address and each phone number. Those counts use scrambled forms, never the address or number itself, and are deleted after two days.

If the form can’t reach us, it opens a text message or an email on your own phone or computer with your details filled in instead. We only get those details if you press send.

When you call, text or email us. We keep what you send us and the number or address you used.

Public information about your business. To get ready for your review, we look at your business the way a customer would find it: your website, your Google profile, your reviews and your ads. This is information anyone can see.

Basic website records. Like almost every website, our hosting service keeps short records of each visit, such as your internet address, your browser type and the pages you opened. These help keep the site working and safe.

Cookies. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking tools on this website. Your browser saves one small note while your visit lasts, so a short guided tour doesn’t show you the same thing twice. It is deleted when you close the tab.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and set up your Executive Review.
• To get ready for the review, so we can show you real things about your business.
• To call or text you about your review, at the time you asked for if you picked one.

We won’t use your phone number for marketing unless you agree to it later. If you get a text from us and don’t want more, reply STOP.

Who sees it

The Atlas team. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We use a few companies to run our business, and your information passes through them only to do that work for us:

• Google, for hosting this website, email and video calls.
• Amazon Web Services, for storing the requests the form sends and the records our sales team works from.
• Our phone service, for calls and texts.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are talking with you about your review. If you don’t become a client, our practice is to delete them within 12 months of our last contact.

If you become a client, your signed agreement with us (the Master Service Agreement and your Order Form) sets how we handle your information. If this page and your agreement ever disagree, your agreement wins.

Your choices

• See it. Ask us what we have about you.
• Fix it. Tell us what is wrong and we’ll correct it.
• Delete it. Ask us to delete it. We will, unless we must keep something by law or to keep a record of what you agreed to.
• Stop texts. Reply STOP to any text from us.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, and only our team can open it. No system is perfectly safe, so please don’t send passwords, bank details or card numbers through the form, by text or by email. We will never ask you for them that way.

Children

This website is for business owners. It is not meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this page

We may update this page. When we do, we change the date at the top. If a change is important, we’ll say so on this page.
