Services

Three departments, one team

Atlas gives an owner-led HVAC company a sales department, a marketing department and a digital presence department. Each has its own executive watching the numbers, and specialists under it doing the work you approve.

Sales

Every lead answered fast, sorted, and followed through to a booked job.

Sales Executive
Watches your sales, leads and pipeline, and tells you what to do first.
Speed-to-Lead Specialist
Sets up a fast reply to every new lead, through the channels you approve.
Lead Qualification Specialist
Sorts new leads by your own criteria, so the buyers who are ready come first.
Pipeline Operator
Watches your pipeline and flags jobs that have stalled, gone stale or have no next step.
Follow-Up Coordinator
Recommends who to follow up with and when, and where your systems allow, runs the follow-ups you approve.

Marketing

More of the right customers finding you, and more of your past customers coming back.

Marketing Executive
Watches your marketing and recommends where to grow first.
Ad Sniper
Studies the ads your competitors run and drafts the offers, targeting and copy for yours. We do not run your ad account or spend your ad budget.
Review Growth Specialist
Finds the customers due a review request and sets up the requests you approve.
Google Review Response Analyst
Reads your Google reviews, spots what keeps coming up, and drafts your replies.
Referral Coordinator
Finds the customers likely to refer you and sets up the referral requests you approve.
Reactivation Specialist
Finds past customers, old leads and expired estimates, and sets up the outreach you approve to bring them back.

Digital Presence

A website, a CRM and a social feed that work, kept up to date without you.

Digital Presence Executive
Oversees your website, social media, CRM and reporting together, and tells you what to fix first.
Social Media Management
Prepares, captions, schedules and posts the content you approve, made from your own photos, jobs and promotions.
Website Rebuild
One rebuild of your main website: your branding, built for phones, with forms that capture leads.
Website Management
Keeps the site current after launch: text, photos, promotions, forms and upkeep.
CRM Workspace
A CRM set up for your business: contacts, leads, pipeline stages, activity and follow-up.
Analytics Dashboard
One place to see your website, CRM, marketing and lead numbers together.

Every month

One report. One meeting.

The Executive Report

What we found across all three departments, what held us back, and what we recommend doing next, in order.

The Executive Review Meeting

We go through the report with you, live, and you decide what happens next.

In between

Your approvals collected, your questions by email or text answered, and the workflows you approved kept running.

What we do not do

So there are no surprises

  • We do not buy ads or manage your ad account. We draft the ads; you or your ad manager run them.
  • We do not answer your phones or provide emergency or on-call service.
  • We do not hold open-ended conversations with your customers. Every message follows a workflow you approved.
  • We do not promise results. We promise the work, and we report on it every month.

Questions

What owners ask first.

What is a digital executive?

A digital executive watches one part of your business and tells you what to do first. Atlas gives an HVAC company three of them, one each for sales, marketing and digital presence, with specialists under each doing the work you approve.

Who is Atlas for?

Atlas is built for owner-led HVAC companies in Dallas–Fort Worth with a few crews in the field, that win work through calls, forms and Google, and lose some of it because nobody is free to answer or follow up.

What does Atlas replace?

Most owners pay separate vendors for pieces of this work: a marketing agency, a web designer, a lead service and a CRM nobody had time to set up. Atlas does that work as one team, under one monthly report.

What do I get every month?

One Executive Report covering what we found, what held us back and what to do next, and one Executive Review Meeting with you to go through it. Questions by email or text are answered in between.

Does Atlas send messages without asking me?

No. Atlas runs only the workflows you have approved, through the channels you have approved. Offers, campaigns and anything that speaks for your business wait for your yes.

Does Atlas run my ads?

No. Atlas studies your competitors' ads and drafts offers, targeting and copy for yours. Buying ads, publishing campaigns and managing your ad budget stay with you or your ad manager.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Nobody honest can promise a number of leads, a ranking or revenue. What we commit to is the work in your agreement, a monthly report on it, and a meeting with you every month.

How do I start?

Request a free performance assessment. We look at how a customer finds your business today and walk you through what we found and what we would fix first. It is yours whether we work together or not.
